After years of chronic, unanswered health problems and an experience where doctors treated only symptoms—not the cause—I chose a different path. A post-surgical skin condition that left me sleepless and searching for answers revealed a gap in conventional care: too often medicine manages side effects instead of preventing illness or finding root causes. That realization sparked my journey into functional medicine.
Guided by family, friends, and research into chronic inflammation, I committed to learning the systems-based approach that asks “why?” instead of just “what.” I completed a Functional Medicine course and continue expanding my knowledge so I can both heal myself and help others do the same.
My practice centers on wellness, prevention, and individualized care. I’m especially passionate about autoimmune disease, gut health, and post-menopausal symptoms, and I’m beginning to explore pediatric functional medicine. My work is informed by my own experiences—so I know what it’s like to feel ignored—and by the real success stories of people who finally found answers.
My vision is simple: return health care to prevention and root-cause healing. I’m building a practice that listens, investigates, and partners with patients to restore well-being—not just suppress symptoms.
